FLORIDA "Clerbrook RV Golf Village" We've been here at Clerbrook RV Golf Village in Clermont FL for about 6 weeks, and are staying another month. They are a Passport America park, and let you do 2 weeks on PA, then "buy out" a 3rd week. If you move to another site within the park, you can do it over again another time, though we chose to go month-to-month because we wanted to get cable and cable internet hookup. That's right, the local Comcast cable folks will do month-to-month highspeed Internet, and the whole park is wired for it. Sweet! About 25 miles west of Orlando so it's out of the traffic but still an easy trip to all the attractions. Web site

No Tents allowed though.

NEW YORK " J and J Campground" Upstate New York is full of campgrounds that only have grass sites so we were pleased to find this lovely park in Mexico NY. They are right off I 81 and have gravel sites with full hook ups including 50 amps. They are also open all year which is something for New York. The campground is on the outskirts of town so it's very peaceful. The rates for 50 amp service are $30 a night and they also have weekly and monthly rates.
